Do you support GST billing?
Yes. CravingPOS is tax-ready out of the box — including GST — with multi-currency pricing and flexible workflows for any market.
Can I take orders on WhatsApp?
Yes, and the channel is included — WhatsApp, phone, web chat and walk-in orders all flow into one queue. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of WhatsApp and SMS messages and AI actions; usage well beyond the allowance is billed at cost.
How do the two free months work?
Every new business gets its first two months free, on monthly or yearly billing. Pay yearly in full and you save ₹799 — ₹8,789 for the year instead of ₹9,588.
Can you adapt it to how we work?
Yes. Bill formats, workflows, reports and counter language are customised on request, with scope agreed in writing first — part of how we work, not a separate product. Bespoke integrations, API access or a branded app are scoped and quoted separately.
